About Shirley

Shirley trained in London with Alan Herdman, the renowned Pilates Master in 2005. She has continued her education and is a Certified Polestar Pilates Instructor with Polestar Pilates UK an internationally acclaimed training organisation. She works in Southampton and Hampshire in matwork, remedial, post rehabilitation and post natal.

She has a solid background in anatomy and nutrition and has a number of private Pilates clients as well as having taught mat based classes to the general public and in business.
